1. Nature of the Platform
Square Tadbeer is an independent informational directory and lead-routing portal designed to help families, residents, and businesses find licensed Tadbeer centers in the United Arab Emirates. Square Tadbeer is NOT a government entity, an authorized Tadbeer center, a manpower recruitment agency, or an employer of domestic workers.
2. Service Contracts & Legal Relationship
All domestic worker contracts, visa applications, probationary guarantees, warranty claims, and financial transactions take place solely and directly between the user (employer/sponsor) and the respective MOHRE-licensed Tadbeer center. Square Tadbeer does not collect recruitment fees, issue residency visas, or hold contractual liabilities for individual domestic worker placements.
3. Accuracy of Information & Directory Listings
We endeavor to maintain accurate, up-to-date listings of licensed centers, telephone lines, facility codes, and operating hours. However, center terms, pricing packages, candidate availability, and regulatory updates from MOHRE may change without prior notice. Users are advised to confirm specific terms directly with the center prior to signing agreements.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting match requests, to comply with UAE domestic labor laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022), and to refrain from using this website for unlawful, abusive, or automated scraping purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Square Tadbeer and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from agreements, disputes, or contractual relationships established between users and third-party Tadbeer service centers.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
