Square Tadbeer ("we," "our," or "the Platform") operates as an independent digital directory and discovery platform connecting individuals and families in the United Arab Emirates with accredited, licensed Tadbeer domestic worker service centers. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our directory, submit a matching request, or contact us, we may collect the following types of information:

• Contact Details: Full name, phone number, WhatsApp contact, and email address.
• Requirement Preferences: Domestic worker role needed (maid, nanny, driver, caregiver, cook), preferred candidate nationalities, languages, and emirate/area.
• Optional Google Analytics 4: After you allow analytics, Google receives usage data such as page views, device/browser information and general interaction events. We do not send inquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses or form notes as analytics event parameters. URL query strings are excluded from our page-view configuration. Choose “Necessary only” to decline, or use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your information is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Facilitating introductions and inquiries with verified, MOHRE-licensed Tadbeer service centers.
• Responding to customer service questions and user assistance requests.
• Improving website functionality, search speed, and localized directory accuracy.
• Fulfilling legal, auditing, and regulatory compliance obligations within the UAE.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. When you submit a match inquiry through our "Get Matched" service, your contact details and staffing requirements are shared solely with authorized, licensed Tadbeer centers in your selected region to fulfill your hiring request.

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL/TLS) transmission protocols to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the requested matching services or as mandated by UAE statutory laws.

6. Your Rights Under UAE Law

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, request deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@squaretadbeer.com.
